Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of neonqueer.com and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], trading as NeonQueer. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Products

Our products are made to order. We work hard to display colours and designs accurately, but small variations can occur between screens and printed products, and between production batches. Product dimensions are approximate.

2. Orders & contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or inability to deliver to your address — in which case you'll be refunded in full.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping & Delivery page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellation, returns & refunds

Consumers in the UK/EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms. Personalised and custom-made items are exempt, as permitted by law. Your legal guarantee rights for faulty goods remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, images, text, and branding on this site are the property of NeonQueer or its licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any content or designs without our written permission.

7. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach its security, scraping content, or placing fraudulent orders.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Complaints & disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first via our contact page — we'll do our best to resolve it. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or your local mandatory consumer law where it applies), and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order. Last updated: 18 August 2026.
